READ Mark 3 COMMENTARY: : 5        And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he said unto the man, Stretch forth your hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other. (4818 “grieved” [sullupeo] means feel sympathy, feel sorry for, be deeply distressed, share one’s grief, or sorrow on account of someone.) DEVOTION:  Jesus looked at HIS world while HE was living here on this earth. HE saw that the religious leaders were taking the people in the wrong direction. HE saw people who were searching for truth. HE found people who were willing to listen to HIS message as long as they received healing and food. It was a generation much like our own today. We have people who are looking to God…
