(1861 “promised” [epaggello] means to announce one is going to do or furnish something, profess, assert, claim, indicate, declare, or report.) DEVOTION:  God knows the beginning and the end of each person’s life. HE is omniscient or knows everything. HE is not caught in time but in eternity. There is no past, present or future in HIS life.
