PRAYER AND PRAISE

Prayer request policy: If you want the prayer request to be private or just between me and you, please say so in the email. I will pray for those requests. If you don’t mind others praying for the request, then just send the request with no restrictions and I will put it in the devotional for other to pray. We don’t include last names in any of our prayer requests. Thank you.

Please pray for the persons whose last name begins with the letter “V” on your prayer list, which includes your address book, church directory and email list.

Please remember to pray for the Biblical churches and pastors in the STATES OF ALABAMA and NEW MEXICO. (REMEMBER THAT IF YOU KNOW BIBLICAL PASTORS IN THESE STATES TO LET US KNOW THEIR NAMES AND CHURCHES AND WE WILL PRAY FOR THEM).

Vincent T. Mercer writes: After 13 Years Of Speaking At The Baltimore Rescue Mission, Last Night Will Remain In My Memory Until I Am Called Home To Glory. I Thank The LORD, For The Gentlemen Who Patiently Sought Me Out After I Finished Speaking. In A Soft Spoken Voice He Encouraged My Heart Like It Has Never Been Encouraged Before. These Were His Words To Me. “I Am Proud Of You And What You Are Doing For The Kingdom. Thank You!” The LORD Knew What I Needed To Hear And Why I Needed To Hear It. Oh, If I Could Encourage Others As I Was Encouraged Last Night, I Would Be A Partner With JESUS Impacting Change For His Kingdom Agenda. This Is My Heart’s Cry. I Would Encourage You Today, While It Is Called Today. Seek Out Someone, Anyone Who Has Been An Encouragement To You And Thank Them. You May Never Truly Understand The Impact. ( Side Note) I Showed Up 15 Minutes Late After I Received A Call From Mark ( Baltimore Rescue Mission) While Visiting A Church Member At The Hospital Asking Me, “Are You Coming Tonight”? I Had Forgotten.

I Was Late.
I Had No Bible.
I Was Blessed!
Be Encouraged!
Shalom!

Lori  Willmon Cantu writes: Good morning friends! I started sharing yesterday, and where better to share than here where I know I have lots of prayer warriors. I was diagnosed with breast cancer a week ago. It’s the “good kind” if you have to have it, stage 1, very small, and easy to treat. We saw the surgeon yesterday to start planning treatment. I’ve got two more docs to see, an MRI to get scheduled, and some genetic testing results to come back before we have anything on the books. At this point treatment will probably be a lumpectomy, radiation & hormone therapy. I am very much at peace with this journey so far, thank you Jesus! I appreciate your prayers, not just for me but for my family, along the way.

Often, she can be the most overlooked person in the church. She serves in ministry, bears all the same burdens that he bears, may have a job, and also tends to manage a lot of the things at home. She is a gift to the Church.'
