Never would I imagine starting a year like this, but here we are ..I’m writing this with a heavy and grateful heart to family, close friends who know my oldest brother Casey Foreman.
2024 Jan14 my older brother was blind sided and brutally attacked outside his home, almost taking his life. He was saved by the grace of God, as he remembers praying to God in the moment he thought he was taking his last breath- when a complete stranger, an elder woman happen to come right then just in time to pull the assaulter from my brother just enough to get his hand in between just enough to get another breath. Cops were called and he was rushed to the hospital in ambulance to find out he has a broken nose, fractured jaw , eye damage and a head wound.
My brother is a Christian man, a family man, a hard working entrepreneur, who devotes his free time volunteering at church and just recently ran for N. Hampton county council . Casey has a heart of gold as many of you know, he shares the best stories and can bring laughter to any conversation. Casey has always been there for me in need, or times that have been difficult. So I’m here today to return the love that I know he deserves – he isn’t one to ever ask for help, so I am here asking for him. We are so thankful that he’s still here with us but with this comes the unfortunate long healing journey ahead with physical, mental recovery, loss of income and medical bills. Please help honor the precious life he still shares with us.
